Our History

“There is no better display of faith than a farmer planting seeds in a field.”

Inception

In 1998, 526 claimants from the KwaCele Nhlangwini community in Stanger, KwaZulu-Natal, submitted a land restoration claim for 12 white-owned farms under the Restitution of Land Rights Act, 1994 (Act No. 22 of 1994).

The birth of a legacy.

The claim was successful, and the first portion of land was transferred. To ensure the land remains beneficial to the beneficiaries, two entities were created to manage the business side of operations: KwaCele Farming and DGK Trio Holdings (Pty) Ltd
