About the trust.
The KwaCele-Nhlangwini Group, owned by the KwaCele-Nhlangwini Communal Property Trust, manages its land through two farming companies: KwaCele Farming (Pty) Ltd, specialising in sugarcane and farm management, and DGK Trio Holding (Pty) Ltd, which produces sugarcane, bananas, and macadamias. The Trust has 709 beneficiaries and is led by three directors: Mr. Samuel Mdluli, Mrs. Khethiwe Ngema, and Mr. TC Gumede. Mrs. Ngema, as CEO, oversees all operations and daily management.
