How information submitted through the KwaCele Farming contact form is used.
Contact form enquiries
When you submit an enquiry, the website asks for your name, email address, phone number, topic and message. This information is forwarded by email to KwaCele Farming to respond to your enquiry and is not intentionally published on the website.
Purpose and retention
Your information is intended for correspondence relating to the reason you contacted the farm. The company should apply its approved records-retention, access and deletion policies to messages received. The website form itself does not store your message in a WordPress database.
Website technology
This site uses a small amount of JavaScript for the mobile menu and form messages. It does not include WordPress, tracking pixels or analytics scripts by default. Images may be loaded from an external image provider until replaced with approved company photographs. The hosting provider may separately retain standard web server logs.
